Our primary mission is to foster holistic development by bridging the gap between football, athlete discipline, social relationships, and education — nurturing the early careers of our athletes both on and off the pitch.

At RWEMA FA, we believe in nurturing not just athletes but well-rounded individuals. Our academy places a strong emphasis on parenting, offering guidance to parents on how to support their children‘s emotional, mental, and physical development both on and off the field. Located in Rwanda‘s Kirehe District, RWEMA FA fosters a partnership between the academy, athletes, and their families to ensure a balanced approach to success in sports and life.

By fostering a strong partnership between the academy, schools, and families, we help our athletes pursue both their educational and football dreams, shaping them into well-rounded individuals prepared for the future.

At RWEMA FA, we foster a deep sense of humanity among our athletes. Our football academy, located in Rwanda‘s Kirehe District, provides training and opportunities at no cost to the athletes. In return, we instill in them the value of giving back, encouraging them to spread kindness and help others in their communities. Through this, our players not only develop as athletes but also grow into compassionate, responsible individuals who make a positive impact on the world.
